The Junior League of Philadelphia

Since it's Earth day, we're "recycling" an old blog post. This weekend (April 24 and 25) we will once again be donating 10% of our sales to the Junior League of Philadelphia. Read on for more details...

The Junior League of Philadelphia is an organization of women committed to promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community. The JLP has been effecting change and making a positive impact in the Greater Philadelphia area for 96 years. Currently, the JLP is involved in projects like "Boost camp," supporting siblings of children with cancer, "Kids in the Kitchen" teaching kids techniques they can use in everyday life to promote a healthy lifestyle, and "Green Volunteer Corps" which focuses on our community parks and the environment. You can learn more about the Junior League of Philadelphia on their website.

We believe that the work the Junior League of Philadelphia is doing in our community is very important. That is why this weekend we will be donating 10% of our profits to the JLP. So come on in, or shop online, and go ahead and spoil your little ones...it's for a good cause!
